Dinosaur Encyclopaedia Ordering Information
A new version costs AUS$40.00 (approx. US$30) plus postage.
Postage rates (for single copies) are AUS$1.00 within Australia, AUS$2.50 for the Asia/Pacific (incl. New Zealand) and AUS$3.70 for the rest of the world. All payment must be in Australian dollars, and in the case of bank cheques/drafts or International money orders, must be able to be drawn on an Australian bank or post office.
Payment which does not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be accepted due to the extremely high cost of processing such payment options, and will incur additional costs which may not be refunded by the bank that issued the draft.
Customers outside of Australia are encouraged to use a credit card for payment, as this does not incur any additional costs to the customer and is virtually guaranteed to be painless and successful. Visa, MasterCard and BankCard are all accepted.

Note the inclusion of a section for operating system and PDF viewer details. Although optional, this information will enable me to better understand the range of computers I need to support. A version of Acrobat Reader for Windows systems from Win 95 onwards is included on the CD if you do not already have it or an alternative PDF viewer installed.
Delivery: Orders are generally processed and the CD mailed within 48 hours of receipt, and mailing times are usually around 7-10 days, although exceptions may occur and 28 days should be allowed.
Program requirements: CDRom drive, any computer system with a PDF viewer (the appropriate version of Acrobat Reader is recommended for best results).
Upgrades: The program is updated every year. Exisiting users are entitled to the upgrade (which is supplied as a complete, new version) for the price of Aus$10 plus postage, and can be upgraded yearly or at any frequency required. Please note the request on the order form for an email address for notification of new releases.
